Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta/wheat flour - 1 cup
  2. Idly batter - 1 Tablespoon
  3. Onion - 1 nos (big size )
  4. Coriander leaf - 1 tablespoon
  5. Curry leaf - few
  6. Green chilly - 2nos
  7. Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Water
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Take finally chopped onion, coriander leaf , chilly and curry leaf in a bowl
  2. Now add idly batter to it and give a mix
  3. To the same bowl add atta flour, chilly powder and salt
  4. Prepare bonda batter by adding water little by little to it. Take care not to add more water..e.g. like pakoda batter
  5. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium flame
  6. Now drop 5-6 small fritters into oil and deep fry till golden brown color..
  7. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce
