Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. wheat flour 1 cup
  2. carrot 1/2 cup
  3. capsicum 1/2 cup
  4. beans 1/2 cup
  5. salt

Instructions

  1. roast the wheat flour till becomes a little hot
  2. add little salt. pour water and make it to a dough.
  3. take a small piece and put in idiyappam kuzhal. place it in idly cooker
  4. cook it well. it takes mostly 10 minutes to cook.
  5. in the mean time cut all veggies into small pieces
  6. take a pan. pour some oil. add mustard seeds. once it splutters add the veggies. add little salt. once they are half boiled add the idiyappam and fry well. serve hot.
