  1. 1 bowl maize flour.
  2. 4 boil potatoes.
  3. Salt
  4. 1/4tsp caraway seeds
  5. 1/4tsp red chilli powder.
  6. Luke warm water.
  7. Oil for frying.

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough of maize flour adding boiled potatoes,salt., ajwain,red chilli. Use required amount of luke warm water.
  2. Heat oil
  3. Make small pooris with palms
  4. Fry till golden brown
  5. Serve with curd and pickle.
