Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta 1 cup
  2. Water As required.
  3. Onion chopped. 1
  4. Carrots chopped. 1cup
  5. Spinach chopped. 1/2 cup
  6. Haldi 1Tsp
  7. Jeera 1Tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1Tsp
  9. Salt As per Taste
  10. Oil 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl mix atta and water and make a thick batter.
  2. Make sure there is no lumps in the batter.
  3. The consistency of batter should be like dosa batter.
  4. Mix the chopped vegetables into the batter and mix well.
  5. Heat a non -stick pan and grease with oil.
  6. Add one ladle full of batter on heated tava.
  7. With the help of ladle spread the batter on the tava.
  8. Cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes and cook on medium heat.
  9. Open the lid and flip the chilla until the sides are crispy and lightly brown.
  10. Serve the chilla with dip of your choice for breakfast.
