ABOUT SEEDFULL BALLS RECIPE

A must to start your winter morning. Packed with seeds that are super foods. Its very healthy to fill tummy for full day energy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sunflower seeds...3 tsp
  2. Pumpkin seeds...3 tsp
  3. Flaxseed...3 tsp
  4. Chia seeds...3 tsp
  5. Jaggery...3/4 cup
  6. Honey...1/4 cup
  7. Ghee...3 tsp
  8. Rose essence...1 tsp
  9. Tuti-fruiti

Instructions

  1. Roast all the seeds on low flame. Grind it coarsely.
  2. Take a heavy bottomed kadhai. Put jaggery and melt it on low flame.
  3. To it add ghee. Cook for two minutes. Turn off the gas.
  4. Add honey and essence. Mix. To it add seeds powder. Mix.
  5. Let it cool a little.
  6. Grease your hand . Make balls. Garnish with tuti- fruity.
  7. Relish it in the morning for inner warmness and health in winters.
