ABOUT Mullu thenkuzal RECIPE

This is a traditional tamilian snack, which is extremely delicious to eat and served along with some coffee or tea.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Raw rice 4 cup
  2. 3/4 cup kadalaparuppu
  3. Pasi paruppu1/4 cup
  4. Seasame seeds 2 tea spoon
  5. Salt need
  6. butter 2 table spoon
  7. oil

Instructions

  1. Slightly fry the rice and keep aside.
  2. Deep fry all the variety of dals or pulses mentioned.
  3. Now cool them and grind them into fine powders.
  4. Now mix all the ingredients along with water to form a dough.
  5. Take small ball
  6. Now put this ball of dough into the murukku maker.
  7. Heat ample oil in a wok, press the murrkku maker to get and drop the raw murrkus. Deep fry them and strain .
