Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Butter. 1 tbsp
  2. All purpose flour. 1-1/2 cup
  3. Garlic. 4-5 chopped cloves
  4. Milk. 200 ml
  5. Chopped vegetables like beans , carrot, peas, corn. 1/2 cup each
  6. Black pepper. And salt depend on taste

Instructions

  1. First take butter in pan. After that add refined or all purpose flour, sauteed for sometime.
  2. Now add garlic. Then add milk in pan
  3. Stir well at low flame. Add all the chopped vegetables. And go on stirring for sometime until milk can be thickened.
  4. Now take baking tray and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 180 degree celcius. Or until the crust will golden brown.
  5. Now serve hot.

Is it 1-1/2 tbsp or cup refined flour. Somethings wrong here
