Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread - 8 slices
  2. Grated carrot - 1/2 bowl
  3. Grated cabbage - 1/2 bowl
  4. Chopped green chilly - 1 tsp
  5. Cottage cheese / paneer - 1 bowl
  6. Grated mozzarella cheese - 1 bowl
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  10. Butter - 100 gms

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add carrot,cabbage,green chilly,coriander leaves,paneer,mozzaarella cheese salt and black pepper and mix well.

  3. Now stuffing is ready.Spread butter on the slice.
  4. Applying butter on it.
  5. Cover this slice with other slice.
  6. Heat non stick pan.
  7. Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame and grill it.
  8. Spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
  9. Cut into two pieces.
  10. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
