ABOUT Crispy ghee roast dosa RECIPE

Its is kind of dosa in which instead of oil we use ghee to roast the batter

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 1/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1/4 cup chana dal
  4. 1/4 cup poha [flattened rice]
  5. 1/2 ts methi seeds [fenugreek seeds]
  6. Cooking soda [1 pinch]
  7. Salt
  8. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Wash rice , chana , urad dal, poha, methi and soak it for 5 hours
  2. The next morning, strain them and grind into a fine paste.
  3. Add soda and keep for fermentation, overnight.
  4. Add salt in the morning
  5. Heat the tawa add ghee and put a ladle of the mixture, spread it as thin as possible.
  6. Apply ghee on on top also
  7. Cook on medium heat
  8. Take out and serve with some chutney on the side.
