Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup poha
  2. 1 tsp coriander
  3. 2 spoon lemon juice
  4. 1 tsp sugar
  5. 2 spoon peanut
  6. 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  7. 3/4 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 cup potato
  9. 1/2 tsp asfoetida
  10. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. 5 spoon sprout

Instructions

  1. heat the oil in a deep non stick Pan and add the mustard seed.
  2. When the seeds crackles add the asfoetida and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  3. Add potato and saute it ,then add turmeric powder.
  4. Meanwhile place the beaten rice in a sieve and hold it under running water for a few seconds toss well to drain out all excess water.
  5. At the watch the and then beaten rice a little salt Ginger green chilli paste remaining turmeric powder sugar lemon juice and mix well.
  6. Then lastly add sprout , which last and mix well.
  7. How to make sprout.
  8. Soak the moong 10 hour.
  9. Drain them and transfer to a clean muslin cloth and make a tight knot.
  10. After 10_12 hour sprout is ready.
