Paniyaram is very traditional brekfast from south india . There are many so many variety of paniyarams . I have made mix dal paniyaram .
Nice one.
First soak split green moong dal and chana dal together for about 3 hours . Wash and drain all the water .
Now in a mixer grind both dals and make fine paste .
Now in grinded dals add curd , ginger green chilli paste and salt as per taste. Mix all ingredients well .
Now grease paniyaram pan with oil .
Take some portion of batter and add 1 tsp fruit salt. Mix well. Pour this batter in paniyaram pan cover the lid
After 5 minutes flip all paniyaram and cook from another sides . Repeat this process with remaining batter . Mix dal paniyaram is ready .
Now in a pan take 2 tsp oil, add cumin seeds , when seeds starts crackle add curry leaves and finely chopped onion . Cook until onion becomes transculate . Now add chat masala and salt as per taste. Mix well
Now add paniyaram into this, saute it well for about 2-3 minutes. Stir fry mix dal Paniyaram is ready to serve. Serve hot .
