ABOUT Carrot gravy (No cook) RECIPE

Its simple no cook Healthy recipe, a perfect gravy to be served with some idlis on the side.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Carrot 2
  2. Green chillies 2
  3. Thick Curd 1/2 cup
  4. Coconut 1/2 shell
  5. Salt
  6. Hing

Instructions

  1. Add 2 chopped carrot, coconut and 2 green chillies in blender. Grind to smooth paste
  2. Add hing, salt and curd. Use Pulse to blend
  3. Serve with Upma, Idli or Dosa
