Rotis or parathas of whole wheat flour made adding lots of methi leaves. Makes a lovely breakfast recipe for all ages. A superb lunch box idea which tastes as good when cold too. My mom used to make it a lot for me when I was a kid.
I will surely try this.
Wash the methi leaves thoroughly and chop finely
Now mix all ingredients in the flour and make a smooth dough with water
Cover and leave for 10 to 15 minutes
Make small lemon sized balls and roll into chapatis
Fry on flat chapati pan applying oil on both sides
Serve hot methi parathas with fresh curd
