Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Raw rice and Parboiled rice 1 cup each
  2. Poha / Beaten Rice flakes 1 cup
  3. Genugreek seeds 2 tea spoons
  4. Thick beaten curd 2 cups
  5. Fresh coconut 1 cup
  6. Jagerry 1 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tea spoon
  9. Ghee for making Dosa

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice well and add fenugreek to it. Soak for 3 hours.
  2. Now add jagerry, coconut , curd, washed Poha, turmeric to the soaked stuff and grind to fine smooth batter.
  3. Allow to ferment for over night. (atleast 10 hours)
  4. Make thick dosas smearing ghee around on both sides and serve hot.
