ABOUT Rice cheese lollipop RECIPE

This is a recipe to use the left over rice at home, to make something which is finger licking good.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. Capsicum 1 chopped
  3. Carrot 1chopped
  4. Green chilli 2-3chopped
  5. Mozzrela cheese 1 /2 cup
  6. Slice cheese 5
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  10. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  11. 2 tbsp Samolina
  12. Bread slice 2-3
  13. Wooden stick 5
  14. Salt to tast
  15. oil

Instructions

  1. Grind the cooked rice and add grated cheese, mix well.
  2. Take bread slice and soak it in water and squeeze the slice to remove water and mix them, bread will work as binder.
  3. Now add samolina, chopped capsicum, carrot, green chilli, coriander, cornflour and red chilli powder, pepper powder,chat masala and salt and mix them praparly
  4. Take some portion of rice mixture in our hand and spread it and half cheese slice and take wooden stick top of cheese and cover tightly and dust cornflour all over properly
  5. Take a pan put oil and heat it now add lollipop and fry turn to golden brown.
  6. Now rice cheese lollipop is ready
  7. Serve with souse and green chatani.
