Heat the Kadai add Cumin, mustard and methi seeeds as well dry roast it for 2 min and blend it fine powder
Now Take a pressure cooker pour water and add Cup of soaked Black gram , Green chilli, Onions, Tomatoes,Turmeric powder and add little bit of oil and check water according to ur cooker then keep 3 to 4 whistles
After the cooker pressure was gone , mash the content in cooker in to smooth paste and add tamarind Water and check the consistency of Sambar
Now add Masala powder we done at first step , Chilli powder and Sambar powder and put one more Whistle
For tempering, add oil in kadai put Mustard seeds , Urad dal and Curry leaves
After one whistle add this pampering to Sambar and Corriander
Your delicious Sambar is ready , try it in your home
