Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. gram flour- 1 cup
  2. 3 bread slices
  3. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly add gram flour, coriander powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt in a bowl and mix it well .
  2. Now add water in it and prepare a smooth pouring consistency batter . Batter should be slightly thin. It should neither be very thin nor very thick .
  3. Now cut bread slices in triangular shape. Add oil in a wok and let it heat.
  4. When oil is medium hot then dip the triangular shape bread in the batter and put it in a wok . Repeat the process with all the bread slices
  5. Now let it fry on medium flame until it turns light brown in colour
  6. Now take them out on a plate and serve it hot wuth tomato ketchup or green chutney or any sauce of your choice
