Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice Flour 2 cups
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Boil water for 10 min
  2. In bowl pour boiling water and add rice flout.stir continuously.mix well and knead well untill dough becomes soft.
  3. Now squeeze the soft dough slowly through an idiyappam plate.
  4. Cook for 10 min.dont over cook (( idiyappam becomes rubber and tough))
