Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup dosa rice or par boiled rice
  2. 1/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1/2_tbs methi seeds
  4. 1/4 cup poha
  5. Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp cooking soda ( optional)
  7. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Wash rice, urad dal, poha n methi seeds with water 3 times.
  2. Soak the above ingredients at least 4-5 hours
  3. Then make a fine paste. Adjust the water add cooking soda n keep for fermentation
  4. Morning add salt to taste, mix well
  5. Heat Dosa tawa n make Dosa, apply butter on top of the Dosa,on sides also leave butter
  6. Roast till light golden colour.
  7. While serving put dollup of butter on Dosa.
  8. Serve with coconut chutney n Aaloo palya
