Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 6-7 medium size
  2. Pea 1bowl poached
  3. Salt to use
  4. Spinach 1bowl blanched
  5. 2 Green chili
  6. 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  7. 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  8. 2 pinch Asafoetida
  9. 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  10. 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  11. 2 tsp Chopped Coriander
  12. Wheat flour 4cup
  13. Oil 4tsp for moyan & 2tsp for Frying
  14. Ghee to use
  15. Ajwain ½tsp optional
  16. Water to use

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour add ajwain,salt, oil, spinach red chilli powder use water make a soft doe rest it15 min keep aside.
  2. Peal potato crushed and grinding poached pea. Take a bowl Mash each other very well.
  3. Heat a pan with oil add asafoetida, fennal and cumin seeds and fine chopped chili steer it.
  4. Add potato and pea mixture.
  5. Red chili and dry mango powder use and fry it.
  6. After 5min add salt and fry another 5min.
  7. Add chopped coriander serve in a plate and chill it.
  8. Take the doe and stuffed mixture in the pic of doe.
  9. Make a Pratha bake on the medium flame.
  10. Serve Garma garm.... With Chatney Achar... Or rayta.
