Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bun,(3)
  2. Bell peppers 1cup
  3. ONIONS 1cup
  4. Ghee 2tsp
  5. Ginger 1tsp
  6. Salt 1tsp
  7. Sugar 1tsp
  8. Turmeric powder ¼tsp
  9. Pepper ½tsp
  10. Tomato sauce 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the bun into small pieces Cut the ONIONS and bell peppers into small cubes Heat the pan add 1tsp of ghee into it Add the bun pieces Fry until it lightly roast Keep it aside
  2. Add one more tsp of ghee into same pan Add ginger Add capsicum and saute it for while Add onion Add sugar, salt,turmeric,pepper powder and tomato sauce to it and saute for 2min. Add roasted bun and give a nice mix Then it is ready to serve...
