Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread : 4
  2. Onion : 1
  3. Tomato : 1
  4. Soya sauce : ½ tsp
  5. Tomato sauce : ½ tsp
  6. Grated Carrot : 1/2
  7. Salt
  8. Ginger garlic paste : 1/2 tsp
  9. Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  10. Karam masala : ½ tsp
  11. Cheese slice: 2
  12. Butter

Instructions

  1. Butter all the bread slices.
  2. Pre-heat the tawa and place the buttered side of the bread on the tawa for 1 min and keep aside
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, tomato, carrot, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder, Karam masala for 2 min
  4. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and keep saute for 1 min.
  5. Add coriander leaves. Place this mixture and cheese in the centre of bread slices.
