This sandwich is very easy to make. You can have it any time of day.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wholewheat or white bread 4 slices
  2. Finely chopped tomato 2 tablespoon
  3. Finely chopped onion 2 tablespoon
  4. Green chilli finely chopped 1
  5. Grated cheese ( I took mozzarella and cheddar) 2 tablespoon
  6. Finely chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
  7. Sandwich masala ( you get ready packet in market) 1 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Butter for spreading

Instructions

  1. Chop onion, tomato and coriander and keep aside
  2. Grate cheese and keep aside
  3. Add chopped tomato, onion, coriander, grated cheese, red chilli powder, sandwich masala and salt in a bowl and mix gently.
  4. Mix it properly and keep aside
  5. Take 2 slices of bread on broad surface or dish.
  6. Apply butter on both the slices
  7. Add tomato mixture on top of it
  8. Cover with other buttered slice of bread and brush butter on top of it
  9. Heat pan and add 1/4 teaspoon of butter and add sandwich to it and roast till golden brown
  10. Remove in serving dish and cut it into triangle or square and serve with ketchup or chilli sauce
  11. Other piece of sandwich add leftover mixture and heat on pan and serve it with ketchup
