Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken kaleji 250 gm
  2. Gingergarlic paste 1 tbsp
  3. Coriander powder1 tbsp
  4. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  5. Red chilly powder 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. Oil 3 tbsp
  10. For paratha
  11. Wheat flour 1 cup
  12. Salt 1 tsp
  13. Oil as per need
  14. Ghee 2 tbsp
  15. Water as per need

Instructions

  1. Marinate kaleji with all ingredient except oil.
  2. Keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in kadai and cook on medieam flame till kaleji tenders.
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  5. For paratha
  6. Take wheat flour, add salt and oil and sufficient water to make soft dough.
  7. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  8. Take a lemon size ball and roll it. Put litttle oil and spread it.
  9. Now fold half part, spread little oil again.
  10. Do the same with half part.
  11. Now fold remaining parts applying oil.
  12. Roll the paranthas and cook on slow flame using ghee..
  13. When done serve with kaleji
