Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Parotta : 4
  2. Oil : 3 tsp
  3. Jeera powder : 1 tsp
  4. Green chillies : 2
  5. Sliced Onion : 1
  6. Sliced Red capsicum : 1
  7. Sliced Green capsicum : 1
  8. Sliced Cabbage : 1/4
  9. Curry leaves
  10. Chilli powder : 1 - 2 tsp
  11. Salt
  12. Tomato sauce : 1 tsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  14. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, onion, curry leaves and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add capsicum, cabbage and other veggies and cook for 2 min.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chilli powder, tomato sauce, salt and saute for 1 -2  min.
  4. Add chopped parotta and mix well. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 3-5 minutes over low flame
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves
