Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 gm mushrooms
  2. 4 tomato
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 cup cream
  6. 1 Cinnamon
  7. 1 big elaichi
  8. 1 bayleaf
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli
  11. 1/2 tbsp turmeric
  12. 1 tbsp garam masala
  13. 1 tbsp coriander powder

Instructions

  1. Cut mushrooms from mid.now cut onion Tomatoes green chilli cinnamon big elaichi .grind all mixture.
  2. Add oil in cooker now add mixture saute it till it leaves oil .
  3. Now add all spices add bay leaf now.add mushrooms and peas.
  4. Mix again and again till oils come out add cream and half cup water.
  5. Take 3_4 vissel.garnish with coriander leaves.
