Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 12 to 15
  2. Peas 1/2 cup
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 2
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Cumin 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil 2 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  11. coriander powder 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala 1 tsp
  13. Kitchen king masala 1 tsp
  14. Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
  15. Fresh cream 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a kadai. Add jeera.
  2. Add finely chopped onion. Saute for a while add ginger garlic paste.
  3. Add all masala with salt and 2 tbsp water so that masala will not burn.
  4. Cook till masala releases oil. Add chopped tomatoes.
  5. Cook till tomato become soft.
  6. Close the gas and let the masala cool.
  7. Blend the masala in mixie.
  8. Add masala to the kadai. Cook for 2 to 3 minute.
  9. To the masala add sliced mushrooms, peas and 1 cup water. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or till its fully cooked.
  10. Finally add cream and kasoori methi.
  11. Garnish with fresh coriander
  12. Serve hot with roti or kulcha.
