This is one of the most popular starters from South India in which the chicken pieces are first fried and then sesaoned. This recipe does not require any sauce or ajinomoto and rather made with simple ingredients available in every pantry. Egg is optional here and curd can be used in place of it. However egg keeps the chicken juicy and tender. Yummy starter that can be a show stealer at any party.
