Now pour the batter in grease thali and steam for 15minuts.
When its done remove from fire and keep aside for cool.
Now heat oil in a tadka pan.
Add musterd seeds and splutter them.
Now add curry leaves and asafoetida.
Now add chopped green chilly and saute for 1 minute.
Now add 1 1tablespoons of water and pour this tadka over to the dhokla.
Cut into pieces and garnish with coriander leaves.
SERVING: 4
