Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1.Carrot halwa Ingredients: Carrot- 1Cup
  2. Milk- 1cup
  3. Sugar-1cup
  4. Melted choclate-2tsp
  5. 2.Dough Ingredients: Maida-1/2 Cup
  6. Dry yeast- 1tsp
  7. Salt-1/2 tsp
  8. Sugar-1/2 tsp
  9. Wheat Flour-1cup
  10. Warm milk-1 Cup
  11. Warm water as needed
  12. Oil-3 tsp
  13. 3.Kofta Ingredients: Paneer 1/2 cup
  14. Arraroat ka aata-2tsp
  15. Boil potato-1 small
  16. Salt- To taste .
  17. 4.For filling buns Ingredients Gravy 1)Paste: Ginger-1/2tsp
  18. Onion-2 medium size,
  19. Tomato-1 large
  20. Garlic-1/2tsp
  21. green chilly-2
  22. Veggies-Capsicum-1/2
  23. Spring onion -2tsp
  24. Tomato -1 medium
  25. Chilly powder-1tsp
  26. Garam masala-1 tsp
  27. Soya sauce -2 tsp
  28. Salt-to taste
  29. Oil-as required

Instructions

  1. Gaajar halwa: Method --Heat Ghee in pan and add grated carrot for 2 mins now pour milk and cook untill milk has completely evaporated Add sugar & stir,cook untill the moisture evaporates.cool for 10 mints & roll untill egg shaped and pour melted chocolate on the top Method
  2. Dough Method--Take yeast sugar in bowl,add 1/2 cup warm milk & mix well. Set aside for 5 mins. 2) Now take maida and wheat flour, salt,oil,yeast mix and milk to knead a soft dough,cover with damp cloth and keep aside to rise for 1 hour.
  3. Paneer kofta Method --1)Mix all together and roll them into small balls and deep fry.
  4. For Filling buns &paneer kofta curry Method-- 1)Heat oil in pan add the paste and saute.Add all chopped veggies to cook well.Add in salt,chilli powder,Garam marsala and mix well.Add in soya sauce,panner kofta and toss well.
  5. 2)Take the dough and kneed well.Take one portion roll into the circle shape,add filling in centre and wrap.Put cut marks with knife as shown in picture.For bird bun flat the other portion add the filling,roll it like rope and make knot as shown in picture.Now cover them and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  6. 3)Lastly brush them with milk and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180C. Bake them for another 5 minutes on 210C. Serve them hot Enjoy these tempting buns with your family & friends...
