Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slice 4
  2. Potato 4 boil
  3. Gram flour 1 cup
  4. Red chilli pwdr 1/2 tspn
  5. Turmeric pwdr 1/2 tspn
  6. Coriender pwdr 1 tspn
  7. Dried mango pwdr 1 tspn
  8. Carrom seeds 1/2 tspn
  9. Salt
  10. Oil
  11. Green coriender

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl nd add potato red chilli pwdr dhaniya pwdr mango pwdr salt nd mix it well make like a dough.
  2. Now cut the bread in round shap .
  3. Now take a bowl add gram flour turmeric pwdr salt carrom seeds nd lil salt nd make fine better from water.
  4. Now heat oil in pan.
  5. Take one big ball from potato dough. Put into middle of to round slice bread.
  6. Dip in the gram flour better nd leave in hot oil
  7. Fry with both side till light crisp nd brown
  8. Same process with all .
  9. Make face from green coriender your smiles is ready enjoy with souce
