for marination : wash chicken then add salt , black pepper balls (7-8 ) , cloves( 2-3), ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp, dal chini a inch , elachi big 2 , choti elachi 3 , tej pata , curd and pudina , mix all the ingredients , keep it aside for 2 -4 hours
Heat oil in a pan , add jeera 2 tsp, onions grind in mixture, cook onions till golden brown then add the marinated chicken with all the spices added into it .
Add green dhaniya leaves , salt , red chillie powder , green Chilles , haldi , chicken masala , dhaniya powder then cook the chicken in high flame by adding 1/2 cup of water .
Cook it for 20 mins till it turn reddish in colour then add 3-4 cups of water and cover it with lid and cook in low flame till chicken gets soft. (add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste while sautéing onions)
SERVING: 4
