corn cob curry is a very delicious dinner recipe made with coconut milk

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 tbsp Oil
  2. 1 tbsp Butter
  3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  4. 2 pieces dry red chilli
  5. 1 piece chopped onion
  6. 1 piece chopped tomatoes
  7. 1 tbsp ginger garlic and green chilies paste
  8. 1 piece chopped potatoes
  9. 1/2 whole corn ( cut into 1/2” thick rounders )
  10. Salt as required
  11. 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  14. 1/4 cumin powder
  15. 1/4 cup water
  16. 1 Cup Coconut Milk
  17. 1/2 kitchen king masala
  18. 1 tsp curry powder
  19. 1/2 tsp kasuri methi

Instructions

  1. In hot pressure cooker add oil, butter , dry red chilli and cumin seeds when cumin seeds begin to crackle add chopped onion until they turn light brown
  2. Add chopped tomatoes and sauté for slow flame till the oil and butter separates from the mixture
  3. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies paste and sauté for few seconds
  4. Add chopped potatoes and sliced corn cob and stir it
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and sauté for few minutes add water and mix well
  6. Pressure cook the all mixture for two whistles
  7. Open the pressure cooker and mash potatoes and add coconut milk ,kicthen king masala ,curry powder and kasuri methi and stir it and cook few minutes
  8. At last add butter
