  3. Safed chandan 10gram
  4. Vasaka 10gram
  5. Akarkara 10gram
  6. Shatavari 10gram
  7. Brahmi 10 gram
  8. Bilva 10 gram
  9. Choti harr or haritaki 10 gram
  10. Kamal kesar 10 gram
  11. Jatamansi 10gram
  12. Gokhru 10gram
  13. Kachoor 10gram
  14. Nagarmotha 10gram
  15. Laung 10 gram
  16. Pushkarmoola 10gram
  17. Kakadsinghi 10gram
  18. Dashmoola 10gram
  19. Jiwanti 10gram
  20. Punarnava 10gram
  21. Anjeer 10gram
  22. Ashwagandha 10gram
  23. Giloya 10gram

  27. Ingredients which we add when chayavanprash become almost ready..
  28. Seesame oil 1big sp
  29. Clarified butter 1/2 big sp
  30. Honey 1big sp
  31. Saffron a pinch
  32. Pippali 10gram
  33. Banshlochan 10gram
  34. Cinnamon 10gram
  35. Tejpatta 2
  36. Nagakesar 10gram
  37. Small cardamom 10 gram
  38. Gooseberry 1kg
  39. Jaggery 2 small bowl

Instructions

  1. Ingredients which we use when we boil gooseberry.
  2. Tie the gokhru in neat cotton cloth
  3. Wash gooseberry
  4. Then take a wok. Add 1¹/² litre water in it. Add all ingredients n gooseberry as well n boil it.
  5. Boil it for 2hour on slow flame.. Then leave it for 8 hour..
  6. Then wash all gooseberry ..
  7. Remove the seeds
  8. N make fine puree
  9. then take a wok.. Add clarified butter n seesame oil in it..
  10. Then put gooseberry puree in it. Cook it on slow flame.
  11. Soak munakka over night.remove the seeds n make puree. When gooseberry puree become properly cooked add munakka puree in it . N cook it on slow flame.
  12. Then add jaggery in it.. N cook it on slow .til it become thick n properly cook.
  13. When it become thick.. Turn off the flame..
  14. Then ingredients which we use in this stage
  15. Put all ingredients in jar..
  16. N make fine powder
  17. When chayawanprash become cool Add this powder in it.
  18. Add honey n saffron in it.. Mix it well its done..
  19. Chyawanprash is ready.
