Soak both the dals together for 10-20 minutes.
Boil them with salt, turmeric powder,caraway seeds. Mix them well once the dal is cooked enough.
Roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds,dry red chilli. grind them coarsely.
When you serve add the tempering of ghee that we are going to make now.
Heat some ghee in a pan, add chopped ginger.
Sprinkle green chili
Add the ground masala.
Put green coriander.
Add lemon juice
Eat hot.
