So bored of eating regular pani pooris, so thought of making it more interesting and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fruits like Grapes, oranges, Guava, pineapple.Clean and juice
  2. You can take fruits of your choice too
  3. 1 bowl each of Grapes, oranges, Guava. Pressure cook and make pulp- 3 tsp
  4. Pineapple juice- 1/2 cup mixed with Lemon juice 1
  5. Boiled and mashed potatoes 2
  6. Bhuna hua zeera powder 1tsp
  7. Dhaniya pudina chutney 1/2 small bowl
  8. Pomegranate 3-4 tsp
  9. Namkeen Boondi soaked and drained 1/2 cup
  10. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all fruit juices in a bowl. Add jeera powder, chaat masala, lalmirchpowder and lemon juice. Keep in the fridge to chill.
  2. In a bowl take mashed potatoes and soaked boondi. Add chaat masala & red chillipowder and salt to your taste. Put Dhaniya pudina chutney. Mix nicely.
  3. Now serve chilled fruit juice in shot glasses. Keep Alu boondi filled puris on top of glasses. Garnish with fresh pomegranate.
