Today again i made a cake in cooker bt not in a cake tin bt into the steel glasses .. bcoz i need cakee slices like britania cake . So i try this method . So easy and tasty recipe ..

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For loaf cake :--
  2. Maida 1+ 1/2 cup
  3. sugar 1 cup
  4. Baking powder 1/2 tspn
  5. Baking soda 1/4 tspn
  6. Milk 1 cup
  7. Butter 1/2 cup melted at room temperature
  8. Vanilla extract 1 tspn
  9. Tutty fruity 1/2 cup
  10. For sugar syrup :--
  11. Sugar 2 tspn
  12. Water 2 tspn
  13. For Fruit Punch :-
  14. Seasonal fruits 1 cup finally chopped
  15. Cocoa powder 1 tbspn for flavour(optional)
  16. Fruits jam 2 tbspn
  17. Cake crumbs 2 tbspn (to thickness)
  18. For Cholcolate Ganache :--
  19. Dark chocolate 200 gram
  20. Fresh cream/ malai 100 gram
  21. Butter 1/4 cup
  22. Some coloured sprinklers for garnish
  23. Some chopped almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. For loaf cake in cooker :--
  2. Combine Maida , baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and strain for 3 times .
  3. Now mix sugar
  4. Now add butter and mix well
  5. Then add milk, (dont add at a time full milk, add gently ) make a smooth batter with milk , if need add more milk .
  6. Now mix vanilla extract nd tutty frutti.
  7. Now cut the butter paper or grease any other paper of glass size.
  8. And set these papers in steel glass. As shown in pics.
  9. Fill each half glass with cake batter bcoz it will be fluffy .
  10. Put these glasses in pre- heated cooker on flate stand , remove whistle and rubber and bake fr 40 to 50 min. Loaf cake is ready.
  11. Demould after some cool .
  12. Let it cool . Then kept into refrigerator for at least 1 hour .
  13. For Sugar Syrup :--
  14. Dissolve sugar into water . Syrup is ready for damping cake .
  15. For fruit punch layer :--
  16. Mix jam and cocoa powder into chopped fruits .
  17. Mix cake crumbs , make thick mixture for layer .
  18. Arranging cake slices :-
  19. Cut the cake loafs into slices . Shown in photo
  20. Spread sugar syrup on a cake slice and spread fruit punch mixture . And cover with another cake slice.
  21. Again spread sugar syrup and fruit puch and cover with 3rd cake slice .
  22. Our layered tower is ready . Make other towers like this . Kept all into refrigerator . For 10 minutes
  23. For Chocolate Ganache:--
  24. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and put into a bowl .
  25. Heat the cream into a pan when starts bubbles in cream then off the gass and pour this hot cream on chopped chocolate. Keep aside for 2-3 minutes .
  26. Now whisk chocolate and cream until become nyc cremy .
  27. Then add butter and mix well . Ganache is ready
  28. Pour it on ready cooled cake towers. And roll into chopped almond and sprinkler .
  29. Again kept into refrigerator.
  30. For Flower decoration :-
  31. Leftover ganache also kept into refrigerator only for 20 minutes for making thick .
  32. Put this thick cream into piping bag and make any design . Sprinkle some sprinklers .
  33. Ready our tasty yummy Ganache Fruit Punch
