Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boneless chicken cubes- 250 gms
  2. Spring onions chopped- 1/2 tspn
  3. Capsicum long sliced- 1 big
  4. Onion cut in long size- 2
  5. Oil for Deep frying
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Tomato sauce- 1 tbspn
  8. Vinegar- 1 tspn
  9. Red chilli sauce- 2 tspn
  10. Soya sauce- 2 tspn
  11. Ginger and garlic chopped- 1 tbspn
  12. Ginger- garlic paste- 1/2 tspn
  13. egg- 1
  14. Corn flour- 2 tbspn
  15. Green Chillies- 3 slit

Instructions

  1. First we have to fry the chicken. In a bowl put chicken, then add cornflour, little soya sauce, red chillies sauce, salt, egg, ginger garlic paste, and black pepper powder if you want. Mix well.
  2. Heat oil for deep frying.Fry the chicken pieces.
  3. After it's done, heat another pan use the same oil around 1 tbspn in it add the chopped garlic and ginger.
  4. Cook for a minute. Then add sliced onion, capsicum and slit chillies. Cover for a minute.
  5. It should not lose its crunchyness.
  6. Then add all the sauces as well as the salt.
  7. Then add the chicken pieces, toss and add spring onion. It is ready to serve.
