Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Idlis : 1 cup semolina (Suji)
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 1 tsp oil
  4. 1 sachet eno
  5. salt
  6. For Sambher :
  7. 1 cup tuar dal
  8. 1 tbsp sambher powder
  9. Salt
  10. 2 green chillies
  11. 1/4tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1/4tsp red chiili
  13. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  14. Oil for tempering
  15. 1 cup chopped mixed veggies

Instructions

  1. Make a batter with semolina, curd and required amount of salt. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Grease the idli stand
  3. Now add oil and eno sachet to the idli batter.
  4. Stir it and pour in mould
  5. Cook it in the microwave oven for five minutes. They will be ready.
  6. Sambher :
  7. Boil the dal adding all chopped veggies ,salt and turmeric powder. Pressure cook until 2-3 whistles.
  8. Now open it and add sambher powder
  9. Heat oil in a pan. Now add curry leaves and mustard seeds followed by red chilly.
  10. Pour it into the sambher.
  11. Add green coriander
  12. Serve with idlis.
