ABOUT Black channa chaat (expecting mother) RECIPE

Its boiled black channa which is souce of iron any one can have, specialy expecting mother as they needs more iron in their diet. I made it intresting and delicious too wd added some onions, tomato and cucumber etc.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Black Channa - 1/2 kg, (boiled)
  2. finely chopped onions - 3-4 medium size
  3. tomato - 3-4 medium size,
  4. cucumber - 2 large,
  5. Green chillies - 2-3 finely chopped,
  6. coriander leaves - 3-4 tbsp, finely chopped.
  7. Oil,
  8. salt to taste,
  9. red chilli powder - 1 tsp,
  10. coriander powder - 1 tsp,
  11. amchur powder - 1 tsp,
  12. kasoori methi powder - 1 tsp,
  13. black salt as per your need,
  14. black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  15. Lemon juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. Take kadhai and add oil put cumin seeds saute until crackle. Put boiled Black Channa saute it on medium heat.
  2. Add dry masala one by one.
  3. Now saute until all dry masala mix with it well. Turn off gas.
  4. Keep this mixture aside.
  5. Now in a big bowl take finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves.
  6. Mix it well lastly add lemon juice.
