Moringa supplements are consumed as capsules, primarily to harness its weight loss, anti cancer properties, besides keeping a strong and healthy heart and blood supply. Overall it is a ‘superfood’ and a variety of recipes can be prepared by adding either the leaves/ powdered morninga. Organic variety of Moringa powder are safest to consume, if at all you cannot find the actual leaves. One cup of tea in the morning on empty stomach provides a good dose of protein, vitamins and minerals

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbn Moringa Oliefera powder
  2. 400 ml water
  3. juice of one small lemon
  4. 1 tbn organic honey

Instructions

  1. Add 1/2 tbn of Moringa powder in. a cup
  2. Bring water to boil
  3. Add the boiled water to the cup and mix a tbn honey and lemon juice to it
  4. Mix well and consume while warm for best results
