ABOUT Lapsi (Sweet dalia) RECIPE

This is a rajasthani sweet made on festive occasions.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup Dalia (Broken wheat)
  2. 1/2 cup Jaggery
  3. 1 tsp Fennel
  4. 3 tbsp Desi ghee

Instructions

  1. First take a thick bottom pan add ghee and roast the dalia in it. Then cook/boil it with two cups of water.
  2. After the dalia is cooked, add fennel seeds and jaggery. Mix it well until all jaggery is melted and mixed in it.
