Simple yet delicious.
First Grate the turnips
Take a wok add oil , Heeng and jeera
Add turnip and cook for 10 - 15 minutes till it dries
Add salt and pepper
There should be no water left in turnip
Add 1 tsp sugar
Mix it well and let it cool
Now take Whole wheat atta and roll it .
Fill the ready filling of turnip and Roll it in the shape of chapati
Heat Tawa and apply some mustard oil and make the Parantha.
Serve with curd and enjoy this light and yummy Parantha
