Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Black gram dal 1 cup
  2. Jaggery Powder 1/2 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Ghee ( as per requirement)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast black gram Dal until the Dal starts to splutter or til the aroma of Dal is out.
  2. Powder the roasted Dal once cool.
  3. Add jaggery powder and cardomom powder to powdered Dal. Blend in mixer all the three ingredients until well combined.
  4. In a mixing pan, add the above mixture along with hot ghee.
  5. Make ladoos using your palms.
  6. Can be stored in air tight container for several weeks as well.
