ABOUT Three in 1 health recipe RECIPE

This is a very healthy food. It is an infant baby porridge which can easily be made using homemade ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Home Made Health mix powder 1/2 cup
  2. Country jaggery 2 teaspoon
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Milk 50 ml
  5. Hot water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. I have used home Made Health mix powder. The recipe for the home made milk powder mix can be found here: http://www.betterbutter.in/recipe/58186/health-mix-powder
  2. For baby health mix porridge, heat 50 ml milk.
  3. Then add 2 tbsp of homemade porridge powder. Mix well until there are no lumps in the batter.
  4. Then transfer this mixture into the the baby bowl and let cool. Serve.
  5. Then next I have prepared health drink for elderly people. So I have heated some water.
  6. Once it reaches the boiling point, add 4 tbsp of homemade health mix powder. Mix well until there are no lumps. Add salt.
  7. Stir continuously until it has a smooth consistency. Transfer to a bowl and serve.
  8. Then finally I have made healthy Roti for pregnant ladies. Add 4 tbsp of homemade Health mix powder.
  9. Add 2 Teaspoon of country jaggery. Add water, mix well and knead into a dough.
  10. Roll out the dough into rotis.
  11. Heat a pan and add a Roti. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides.
  12. Brush with the little ghee and transfer onto a plate.
  13. Serve and enjoy.
