Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 100 g fenugreek seeds
  2. 500 g wheat flour
  3. 500g Jaggary
  4. 100 g sesame seeds
  5. 50g coconut powder (burada)
  6. 3 tbsp ghee
  7. 1 Cup water

Instructions

  1. Roasted the fenugreek seeds until golden brown
  2. Grind fenugreek and make powder
  3. Take it out in a plate
  4. Sesame seeds fry golden in the same kadhai
  5. Take out the sesame seeds and put them in a separate plate
  6. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in same kadhai,add wheat flour
  7. Fry the wheat flour until golden brown
  8. Remove the roasted wheat flour in a big plate , and add jaggery in same kadhai
  9. Add 1 tbsp ghee and one cup water
  10. Melted jaggery, and make a smooth syrup
  11. Add roasted flour, fenugreek powder, sesame seeds, coconut powder and mix very well
  12. Spread the mixture into a greased plate
  13. When cooled ,cut into the desired size
  14. Fenugreek pak is ready
  15. Keep it in the air tight container after cooling, eat as needed in winter .
