Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 3/4 cup milkmaid
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 2 spoon sugar
  6. 100 gm mawa
  7. saffron
  8. l/2 baking powder
  9. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  10. 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Put salt in the cooker and preheat for 15 minutes
  2. add milkmaid,milk,mawa into it and mix well
  3. put maida,baking powder,baking soda in another bowl mix well and filter it
  4. now mix everything well
  5. just mix the batter a little to make it smooth
  6. grease the container with ghee
  7. now put the cake batter in the container
  8. now put the cake in tha cooker to bake
  9. bake for 35-40 minutes
  10. now we can check
  11. cake is ready
  12. let the cake cool
  13. heat a cup of milk, add sugar and saffron and boil
  14. now keep the cake in plate
  15. Pour the saffron milk over the cake
