A very healthy and full of nutrients is this salad..specially in the winters. A lot of health benefits it has.....must gjve it a try.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup sprouted Methi dana.
  2. 1/2 cup sprouted moong and moth sprouts.
  3. 1 medium sized tomato chopped .
  4. 1 medium sized onion chopped .
  5. 1 1tsp finely chopped green chilli.
  6. 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  7. Salt to taste.
  8. 1 tbsp chopped walnuts.
  9. 1 tbsp chopped almonds.
  10. 10 raisins ( soaked in water).
  11. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves coriander leaves.
  12. 1 semi fried papad for garnishing.
  13. 1-2 lemon slices for garnishing.
  14. 1 tsp coraiander leaves for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Soak the Methi dana in warm water for about 3-4 hours. Drain the water and tie the seeds in a cloth. Keep sprinkling little water in some time Sprouts will be ready by 3rd day.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except the garnishing ingredients.
  3. Assemble in the serving bowl with semi fry papad triangles.
  4. Enjoy the extremely healthy salad full of nutrients.
