ABOUT Sprouts salad (diabetics salad) RECIPE

Sprouts salad is very healthy and this salad is diabetics favorite salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup sprouted black gram
  2. 1/2 cup sprouted moong dal
  3. 1 medium chopped tomato
  4. 1 medium chopped onion
  5. 2-3 chopped green chilli
  6. 1 table spoon chopped cabbage
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  8. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  9. Black salt as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl
  2. Add black gram sprouts, moong sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, cabbage, green chillies, black salt, chat masalas and lemon juice.
  3. Mix it well, sprouts salad is ready.
  4. Serve it all time.
