In a heat pan add ghee, whole red chilies and sliced onion and cook them till light brown colours, add some boiled potatoes cubes stir about brown, add ginger- garlic paste and sauté for few minutes add green chilies, turmeric, rajwadi garam masala, some water and salt and cook for few minutes ,add yogurt and some cream and cook fast flame stir it after few minutes add cooked chana dal and stir it,add fresh coriander and flame off
